The hotel's location is convenient, being close to the MRT and having nearby eating options. the room, although a bit pricey, has good facilities and a comfortable bed. the bathroom is clean, and the staff is accommodating. Breakfast is provided, although it is basic, and other guests may receive priority.

Language barriers make communication difficult, and some staff members can be unhelpful at times.

Our Easter stay was delightful! the hotel is located on top of a mall with a breathtaking view. the staff went out of their way to accommodate us as vegetarians, ensuring we had a scrumptious breakfast every morning. the room was clean, cozy, and comfortable. We also loved the ample storage space provided.

We found communication with staff challenging as they did not speak English. Our room was not serviced for 4 days and we had to ask for new supplies and cleaning.

The hotel is located in a strategic area, very close to the city's downtown and main shopping centers. The views from the room were amazing, we were able to see the city skyline from a completely different perspective. The staff was very friendly, they provided us with all the information we needed and always tried their best to make us feel comfortable.

There were a few aspects that left us disappointed. The language barrier was a bit of an issue as the staff didn't speak English very well, which made it hard to communicate certain things.
